Email charteros@voreli.ai. We answer within one business day, and usually a good deal faster during Eastern Time working hours. Tell us your charter company name and, if something went wrong, what you were doing when it did. That is normally enough for us to reproduce it without a back and forth.

Charter OS accounts are created by your charter company at charteros.ai, and you sign in with that email and password. Forgotten your password? Use the reset link and we will email you a new one. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam and then write to us: we can confirm which address is on the account.

Plans, invoices and cancellation are handled from your account on the web at charteros.ai, under Settings then Billing, where Manage billing opens Stripe to update your card, download invoices or cancel. Email us if you want to change tier, need an invoice reissued, or want to talk about a fleet quote.

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the app or the web: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You will be asked to type your company name to confirm. This permanently removes the workspace and everything in it, including bookings, customer records, vessels, captains, messages, signed contracts and any keys you connected. It cannot be undone and we cannot recover it afterwards, so export anything you need first. Any active subscription is cancelled with it. If you would rather we did it for you, email charteros@voreli.ai from the address on the account.

Your business data belongs to you. What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy, and the terms of the service are in the terms. To request an export, email us from the account address.

If your workspace sends SMS to your customers, the rules and opt-out wording are on the SMS terms page. Anyone can stop messages by replying STOP, and HELP returns contact details.
