Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. The service
Charter OS is a software platform for charter operators: booking pipeline, customer communications, fleet and compliance records, and related tools, offered by Voreli AI, Tampa Bay, Florida (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at charteros@voreli.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information and be authorized to act for the company you register.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis at the published price for your tier. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your data
Your business data — customers, bookings, vessels, documents, messages — belongs to you. We host and process it solely to run the service for you. On request at termination we will export your data in a portable format and then delete it from our production systems within 30 days.
5. Connected accounts (BYO integrations)
The service can send email, SMS, and payment links through accounts you connect (for example Stripe, Resend, or Telnyx). Those accounts are yours: you are responsible for their fees, their terms, and for the legal compliance of messages sent to your customers — including SMS consent and A2P 10DLC registration in the US. SMS features stay disabled until your own campaign registration is approved.
6. AI features
Drafted messages, quotes, and the AI Mechanic’s diagnostics are machine-generated suggestions. Review them before you rely on them. AI Mechanic output is not marine-engineering, safety, or survey advice — always defer to a qualified technician and to safe-operation judgment.
7. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no spam or messaging without required consent, no attempts to breach or overload the service, no reselling the service without a written agreement with us.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core service you pay for without notice.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost bookings or revenue.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 4, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions: charteros@voreli.ai.
