How you opt in

Only by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on the Charter OS sign-up form. The mobile number field on that form is optional, and the box beside it is optional and unticked by default. Creating an account does not opt you into text messages. Only the checkbox does. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What we send

Onboarding and account updates, replies to questions you send us, and occasional product news and offers. We do not send messages containing loan, credit, gambling, cannabis, or other restricted content.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most people receive fewer than four messages a month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charter OS does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. You can also email us. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account; we’ll reach you by email instead.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or email charteros@voreli.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you are a charter customer, not a Charter OS customer

Charter companies that run on Charter OS send their own texts, from their own numbers, under their own registered A2P 10DLC campaign, with consent they collected themselves. These terms cover Charter OS’s own messages only. Contact the charter company directly for theirs.
