- We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice; accounts already referred keep the rate they were referred under.

How long do I earn for?+
As long as the company you referred stays a paying Charter OS customer. It is not a first-month bounty.
How is a referral tracked?+
Your link sets a 90-day cookie. If that person signs up within 90 days, on any plan, the account is attributed to you. We also stamp the referral on the workspace itself, so it survives a cleared browser if they sign up in the same session.
When do commissions clear?+
30 days after each payment, to cover refunds and failed charges. Cleared commissions are paid on the 1st of the following month once your balance passes $50.
Can I refer my own company?+
No. Self-referrals and referrals of companies you own are not paid. Referring a company you captain for is fine.
Do I need to be a Charter OS customer?+
No. Anyone with a real audience of charter operators can join.
Can I run paid ads on the Charter OS name?+
No brand bidding, no coupon sites, no spam. Everything else, including your own content and outreach, is encouraged.
